Shipping Cost
Shipping is seperate of all items. Additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. During this time, your order is being  prepared for production and packaging.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 7–30 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping times may vary due to demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us at 916y2k.co@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email 916y2k.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
